Dr. Dustin Stockmann
Interim Principal
Dr. Dustin Stockmann, newly appointed as Interim Principal, received his doctoral degree in Educational Administration with a focus on Educational Entomological (insects) Research from Lindenwood University.
Dr. Stockman says receiving his degree changes the way he teaches his students, "To complete this degree I really had to look at not only the way I was teaching, but the way the students learn and succeed in the 21st Century classroom."
He hopes his hard work and dedication to achieve his doctorate will be an inspiration to his students.
Dr. Stockmann previously worked at Normandy High School as a teacher in the Project Lead the Way Biomedical/Science track.

Mrs. Lisa Gray
Assistant Principal
Lisa Gray is a veteran educator who has served in the profession for over 25 years. Since 2008, she has served in the Normandy Schools Collaborative as a math teacher, reading specialist, and most recently as dean of students at Normandy High School.
Prior to her service in NSC, Gray worked with Special School District of St. Louis County, Riverview Gardens School District, and St Louis Public Schools as a special education and kindergarten teacher.
Beyond the school walls, Gray is deeply engaged in service to the St. Louis region as active members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., and Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Inc. In 2010, she was selected for the Apple for the Teacher Award by Iota Phi Lambda, and in 2020, she graduated from the prestigious Focus St. Louis Women in Leadership program (WIL).
Gray earned her bachelor’s degree in Education from Tennessee State University. She went on to earn master’s degrees in Curriculum & Instruction from National Louis University, Special Education & Reading from Fontbonne University. Gray also earned master’s degrees in Educational Administration & Education Specialist degree in Educational Administration. Gray is a candidate for a doctorate in Educational Administration with an anticipated graduation date of Fall 2022.

Mr. Duane Foster
Assistant Principal
Mr. Foster has been appointed assistant principal for the 2022-2023 school year. Mr. Foster is a veteran educator in NSC, beginning his career in the Fine Arts department, teaching drama, dance and choir. A Normandy alumnus, Foster earned his bachelor's degree from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga., and his master's degree from Northeast Missouri University. Mr. Foster is currently studying for his doctorate degree at Maryville University.
Mr. Laurindo Crockett
Assistant Principal
Mr. Crockett has been appointed assistant principal for the 2022-2023 school year.
He is a veteran educator who has served in the profession for over 30 years. Since 1993, he has served in the Normandy Schools Collaborative as a teacher, assistant to the Principal, department chair and many other roles in the elementary and middle school grade spans. He most recently served as Dean of Students at Normandy High School. While working in NSC, Mr. Crockett served as supervisor for 9 years at SIUE - Project Success in East St. Louis, a program providing education and support for foster children and children who were wards of the state.
Mr. Crockett earned his bachelor’s degree in Education from Kansas Wesleyan University. He went on to earn master’s degrees in Elementary Educational Administration, Professional Counseling and certification in Secondary Education Administration from Lindenwood University. He is currently working on his certification for professional counseling.
